Our Mission
1. To examine whether physical activity can be used:
- To foster resilience against stress
- As a therapy to treat stress-related disorders (with a special focus on depression)
- To promote health and wellbeing among displaced and disadvantaged populations
2. To explore:
- Biopsychosocial determinants involved in the regulation of human physical activity behavior
- How long-term behavior change can be achieved through individually-tailored physical activity counseling
