Annalisa Buchheit is currently completing her Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Health and Intervention. As a research assistant, she is involved in the study “Playful Exergaming in Psychiatric Care (PEPC),” led by Prof. Dr. Markus Gerber and Zoë Holland-Cunz. The project focuses on evaluating innovative training programs — such as exergaming interventions — for inpatients with depressive disorders, as well as investigating the underlying mechanisms of the antidepressant effects of physical activity. Her responsibilities include supporting data collection and assessment, as well as coordinating the implementation of the intervention.
