I am a lecturer and research associate, currently leading a multi-center clinical trial to evaluate a multi-component sleep intervention for adolescent psychiatric patients. My research focuses on the complex relationships between physical activity, sleep, and mental health in children and adolescents. I explore how these factors impact mental well-being, test sleep and physical activity interventions in both clinical and non-clinical populations
