Rahel Leuenberger completed both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at the Department of Sport, Exercise and Health (DSBG). During her studies, she gained valuable practical experience as a research assistant in various research projects led by Prof. Dr. Sebastian Ludyga. In this role, she was involved in a wide range of scientific activities and gained insight into various measurement methods, as well as the implementation and analysis of scientific studies. Through these experiences, she developed broad research interests in the relationship between cognition, mental health, and physical activity.
After completing her studies, Rahel took on the organisational management of the laboratories for stress, brain, and cognitive research. In addition, she provides technical and organisational support for research projects and scientific studies. Through her diverse range of responsibilities, she is involved in numerous research projects.
